Our namesake ritual. We hand you a question and a stranger to ask it to. By the end, the stranger usually isn't one anymore.
The griddle hisses, the batter spreads thin as the horizon, and the line becomes a party.
Twice a week the dust smells like home cooking. Crisp, golden dosas, hot off the griddle, handed out to whoever wanders by hungry.
